Is PopCap Games is planing an announcement for a sequel to Plants vs. Zombies? Several gaming publications think so… likePC Gamer receiving this teasing image proclaiming Save the Date August 2 at (some to-be determined location) San Francisco.

The original Plants vs. Zombies was nearly universally adored, a sequel would not be so far fetch.

The major changes include:

Engie’s – New Weapons and Unlocks

Engie’s – New Turrets, Ability’s and Achievements

The Update Added 4 New Maps: (See Maps – Fly Through)

  • Thunder Mountain, a 3 stage Payload map
  • Hightower, a Payload Race map
  • Upward, a Payload map
  • ColdFront, a community built Capture Point map
